Reservations for instance now require the interchange of documentation through various channels such as the Internet, email, and fax. Without an adequate communications and technology infrastructure to implement such processes the costs of doing business rises to an unaffordable level, as does the risk of loosing documents, committing errors, incurring delays, all with a subsequent loss of corporate image.
A transparently integrated solution
MessagePlus/Open (MPO) is a solution which is particularly designed to facilitate the automation of business processes requiring the integration of several communication channels such as Fax, Email, and SMS. With MPO it is, for instance, easy to notify clients in real-time of last minute offers or changes by SMS, or to inform them that a credit card is required to compete a reservation. Furthermore MPO can be used to securely transmit all documentation required for a reservation to hotels and customers via fax or email with confirmation of recept being received through a Web based interface. All of this can be easily integrated both transparently and securely with back office applications and booking systems.
